Chats and Reminders

You can view your chats with clients, salons, and other professionals in the Chats section.

To see notifications that have already been sent or are pending, go to Other → Client Reminders.

In this tab, you can also send a new message or create a group message to clients.

💡 The Chat tab is also where you can find the MasterUp Support Team Chat.

You can view pending, sent, and expired client reminders and notifications in the Client Reminders tab.
