Change phone number and email address

You can change the phone number and email address of your account under Other → Profile&settings → Account.

Change phone number

Tap your current phone number, then tap Continue and enter the verification code sent to that number. If you don’t receive the code or experience any other issues, contact Support. We’ll reply to your request in the app chat and change the phone number.

Change email address

Tap on your current address. In the Email field, delete your old email address and enter your new one. Tap Done. A confirmation email will be sent to your new address.

💡 Email is required for recovering access to your user account in case of a loss of telephone. You can also receive app notifications by email.
